A four-day wedding across three countries
A couple splitting their lives between India and the USA chose Dubai for the celebration. Here is how the plan came together across time zones.
The brief
The couple lived between Mumbai and New Jersey, with family spread across both. They wanted a wedding that felt like home for everyone, in a place that was easy to reach for guests flying in from two continents. Dubai fit: strong flight connections, familiar hospitality and venues that handle large multi-day celebrations.
Planning across time zones
Nine months out, we set a shared calendar and a single point of contact so the couple never had to repeat themselves. Calls were scheduled to suit both India and US hours, and every decision was logged in one place so parents on both sides could follow along.
We shortlisted venues that could hold the mehndi, the ceremony and the reception on one site, which cut down on transport for 240 guests. The couple approved the venue on a video walkthrough before their first visit in person.

Each day had its own look and rhythm: a relaxed welcome, a colourful mehndi, the main ceremony and a reception to close. Vendors shared one master timeline, so setup and changeovers ran without gaps.
