Couples planning their wedding browse the categories and vendor listings. If they like your profile, they contact you through the form on your profile page. They can also call Wedding Champs, and we pass their details to you the same day.

The process is simple:

• Couples fill in the online form for multiple quotes and proposals.
• We contact them to verify the details and qualify the enquiry.
• Based on the details, we forward the enquiry to listed businesses by email, with premium vendors given priority.
• Vendors log in to their profile to access the details.

We call each wedding enquiry to verify the details and qualify it before forwarding it to you.

If a couple fills in the form or calls about your profile, that enquiry goes to you exclusively. If they ask for multiple quotations, that enquiry goes to several vendors, so it cannot be exclusive.

A complete profile performs better. Describe your business and services in your own words. Copying content from your own website is not allowed, since we need fresh, unique content. This helps your profile rank better and brings more traffic and enquiries. Around 300 words is about right.
