How to Create a Wedding Checklist for Decoration

Decorating a party is a real art. The choice of each color and item is not toasted and wedding decorators in Dubai have experience of years so that every detail will come to perfection. So it is very difficult for us laymen to create and even pass on knowledge about this subject in the way that an experienced decorator would do. As wedding decorators in Dubai, we want to share the wedding decoration checklist.

What is this list for?

  • For you who wants and for you who do not want to decorate own wedding; in the first case, the reason is obvious. In the second, it is more for the sake of knowing that everything is there, on the big day.
  • For you who will help a friend in the organization of the marriage;
  • For you who think, at a certain moment in life, to know more about this area and, who knows, to launch into it.

This is a list of simple reference. It may be that to decorate your wedding other items enter or leave some. Importance of everything combined with wedding decorators in Dubai should be in contract avoiding so headaches in the future.

Altar

  • A small table for the celebrant’s support;
  • Pillows – or any type of foundation – for the bride and groom to kneel at the time of blessing;
  • A rug under the table and cushion (optional);
  • Corridor rug (optional);
  • Altar decoration: flower pots, hanging flowers or whatever you wish (optional);
  • It is not from the altar but is part of the ceremony – arrangements (vases, candles, petals on the floor, paper hearts, etc.) in the hallway leading to the altar.

Bowl table

  • Cake;
  • Top of the cake (optional);
  • Arrangements (flowers in pots a little higher) behind;
  • Arrangements (flowers in medium pots) more through the middle of the table;
  • Arrangements (flowers in small pots) at the front;
  • Sweets scattered around the table (optional);
  • Decorative decorations to choose from the bride and groom (picture frames, themed props, etc.).

Invitation table

  • Vase (s) with flowers (real or artificial);
  • A support (centerpiece) for the pot (s): mirror, fabric, wood or whatever you wish;
  • Menu (optional);
  • Message to the guests (optional);
  • Sous plats (optional);
  • Dishes (optional to be at the tables – depends on the type of buffet service);
  • Cutlery (same as the dishes);
  • Glasses (same as the two items above);
  • Napkin (if you bring personalized napkin holders, combine with the buffet / decorator);
  • Sweet (optional);
  • Table marking (optional);
  • Tablecloth;
  • Chairs (from 6 to 8 is the most common – unless it is a large collective table).

Bathrooms

  • Emergency Kit / Toilet Kit (optional);
  • Check if you have toilet paper at will;
  • Check who will be in charge of cleaning;
  • Flower arrangements for the sinks (optional).

Track

  • Feathers, hats, glasses, neons, etc (optional);
  • Dance mat (optional – who usually takes is the DJ);
  • Table for DJ equipment (and nearby sockets);
  • Game of lights (who usually leads is the DJ);
  • Decoration (optional).

Coffee table (outlet)

  • Samovar with coffee;
  • Cups;
  • Sweetie (optional);
  • Portraits with photos of the couple (optional);
