Atlantis Dubai currently presents wedding venues at both Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal. The official Atlantis weddings page includes ballrooms, beach and garden settings, plus the Lost World Aquarium at Atlantis, The Palm.
The two resorts are different products. Ask which property, event space and guest journey are included in every proposal rather than using “Atlantis wedding” as if it were one room or package.
Compare the venue using your real layout
Atlantis publishes capacity guidance for individual spaces, including large ballrooms and smaller or unusual settings. Capacity depends on the selected venue and layout. Request a scaled plan showing:
- ceremony or stage;
- dining tables and service routes;
- dance floor and entertainment;
- catering or buffet stations;
- entrances, lifts and accessible routes;
- lighting, sound and production.
For beach, lawn or terrace plans, confirm heat, wind, sound limits, footwear, guest transport and the named indoor alternative.
Ask for a current, itemised proposal
The official site says tailored wedding packages are available based on the venue, guest count and required services. Do not rely on old claims about four packages, complimentary stays, valet parking or included decor unless they appear in the dated proposal for your wedding.
The proposal should state:
- property and exact event space;
- permitted event and setup hours;
- menu, beverages and minimum spend;
- furniture, linen and equipment;
- accommodation or room-block terms;
- outside-supplier and production rules;
- service charges, taxes and overtime;
- cancellation and date-change terms.
Plan the guest experience
Large resorts need clear arrival instructions. Ask about the entrance, valet or parking arrangement, walking distances, mobility support, room blocks and transport between any multi-day events.
