We are Kan Afrik Drum and Dance, a group of seasoned professional African drummers. An African drumming and dance group originated from Ghana, West Africa. The group tend to preserve and promote the authentic drumming and dance traditions across Africa. We do all kind of performances.  See the attached brochure and photos for your perusal... AFRICAN DRUMMING PERFORMANCE: only drumming and singing performance. This performance can be done with 3 or more artists. Its strictly African music.

AFRICAN DRUMMING AND DANCE PERFORMANCE: minimum artist for dance performance is 5 artists (3 drummers & 2 dancers.)

AFRICAN DRUM CIRCLE AND FACILITATION: this is a collective drumming for fun. It’s good for both kids and adults and no drumming experience needed because the facilitator is going to teach and take you through the journey. This activity can be done at schools, Malls, Offices and social gatherings.for parties or birthday. The link below is an example of community drum circle. 

JERRY DZOKOTO DRUM CIRCLE

CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING: using drumming to energize the team to develop and explore trust, support, planning, communication, listening, creativity and time management. This activity is good for staffs of companies and schools. we use the drum as a tool for team building.

COACHING, TRAINING AND PERFORMANCE: mostly done at end of year party for companies. In this we do drumming workshop by teaching the staff or the executives in the morning or during the day and present African drumming performance during the party.

CHILL OUT MUSIC : This is an event where we perform but very soft. This is good for BBQ events and Brunch also at social gatherings.

PARADE DRUMMING : This is normally done in malls and other social gatherings. other videos:
