EWPC: 2026 Sardinia Recap, 2027 Oman Dates and UAE History
Exhibitions · February 20, 2023
Updated 6 September 2026. Event details can change; verify tickets, eligibility and travel information with the organiser before booking.
The Exotic Wedding Planning Conference (EWPC) is a recurring business event for wedding planners, event professionals, destinations and suppliers. This page now follows the conference series rather than presenting the 2023 Ras Al Khaimah edition as an upcoming event.
Current EWPC schedule
EWPC Sardinia 2026
The official EWPC site lists the 15th edition in Villasimius, Sardinia, Italy, from 26–28 April 2026. That edition has concluded.
EWPC Oman 2027
The official conference homepage lists the upcoming 16th edition in Oman for 22–24 March 2027.
Check the official EWPC website for the current destination page, delegate criteria, programme and registration information.
Who is EWPC for?
EWPC is an industry conference, not a consumer wedding fair. Its official material describes an audience that includes destination and premium wedding planners, event specialists, suppliers, venues and tourism organisations.
Before registering, professionals should check:
- Whether attendance is open, invite-only or subject to approval.
- What the delegate or partner pass includes.
- Meeting, exhibition and speaking opportunities.
- Accommodation and transport arrangements.
- Cancellation, substitution and visa terms.
- Whether the attendee profile matches their business goals.
The 2023 Ras Al Khaimah edition
The 11th edition took place at Al Hamra Conference Centre in Ras Al Khaimah from 1–3 March 2023. It brought wedding and event professionals together for education, networking and destination-industry discussions.
The original announcement presented Ras Al Khaimah’s venue landscape and hospitality sector to planners working on destination weddings. Those dates are historical and should not be used for current travel or registration decisions.
EWPC returned to Ras Al Khaimah in 2025
Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority reported that the 14th EWPC edition was scheduled in the emirate from 26–28 February 2025, following the 2023 event.
The official RAK Tourism Development Authority announcement is available here: EWPC 2025 in Ras Al Khaimah.
What wedding professionals can prepare before attending
Define the result you want from the conference. A supplier seeking buyer meetings needs a different plan from a planner attending for education and partnerships.
Prepare:
- A short description of your company and destination coverage.
- Current portfolio examples you have permission to share.
- A clear buyer, partner or supplier profile.
- Meeting priorities and follow-up responsibilities.
- A realistic travel and event budget.
- A way to record consent and business-contact notes.
Planning a wedding in Ras Al Khaimah
Couples looking for current venues or suppliers do not need an industry-conference page. Use the Ras Al Khaimah wedding venue guide and browse UAE wedding planners instead.
Wedding businesses that want visibility with couples can review Wedding Champs advertising options. Event professionals can use the official EWPC link above for conference participation.
