You have found the gift idea. Now you need to know what it will cost and whether it can arrive in time.
A custom figurine quote depends on the piece you want made. Size, the number of people, the production method and the requested details can change the total. A starting price only helps if you know what is included.
To get a price for your idea, tell us who the figurine is for, how many people it should include and when you need it. If you do not know the size yet, ask for the available options.

What can change the price?
Size and display requirements
A larger piece may require more material and work. It may also need different packaging. Ask for the finished dimensions, including the base, so you can judge whether it will fit the place you have in mind.
One person, a couple or a family
Check whether the quoted amount covers one person or the full group. For a couple, ask whether the design is one joined piece or separate figures and whether a shared base is included.
Photo-based design or scan-based production
A figurine digitally designed from photographs and a scan-based Mini You follow different processes. Ask whether the quote includes the reference review or scanning appointment, and whether any visit charges apply. Use each service’s own size and finish options when comparing.
If you are still choosing, compare photos and 3D scanning.
Outfits, poses and accessories
A detailed wedding outfit or a prop can change the work involved. Send a reference rather than relying on a description such as “full wedding details.”
Ask which details can be reproduced at the selected size and what any extra work will cost. It is better to settle those questions before production starts.
Reviews and changes
Find out what you will see at the approval stage. Is it a face preview, a design image or something else? Ask which changes are included and what happens if you request a different outfit or pose later.
Packaging and delivery
Check whether the price includes a base, gift box, protective packaging, delivery and applicable taxes. Acrylic display boxes are an option for the photo-based range; request the box dimensions and cost separately. If you want a personalised message, check whether it can be included.
Finish and design format
The photo-based range includes full-body and half-body options, with silver-tone and gold-tone antique effects available to discuss. Ask for a real example of the chosen finish and clarify what “half-body” includes. Finish names describe appearance, not precious-metal content.
For a photo-based couple, the listed full-body heights are approximately 20.3 and 25.4 cm (8 and 10 inches). Those measurements do not apply automatically to a scanned couple. Ask whether the quoted height includes the base and how wide the finished composition will be.
Use this checklist when comparing quotes
| Check | Question to ask |
|---|---|
| Finished piece | Which size, style, material and number of people does this cover? |
| References or scan | Is the design/reference work or scanning appointment included? |
| Personal details | Are the agreed outfit, pose and accessories included? |
| Approval | What will I review, and which changes can I request? |
| Payment | What is due to begin, and when is any remaining payment due? |
| Delivery | What is the full delivered total to my location? |
| Timing | When does production start, and when should I receive the piece? |
| Problems | What is the policy for damage, cancellations or a concern about the finished work? |
Comparing two different prices?
First, check that they describe the same kind of product. A small cartoon figure, a digitally modelled portrait and a scan-based replica are not necessarily equivalent.
For example, “couple figurine” might describe two standard bodies with customised faces or a design based on the couple’s own outfits. Ask which applies to your quote. Look at completed examples before deciding whether the price represents good value for your gift.
Payment and timing are part of the comparison
The photo-based range requires full payment before digital design work begins. Agree what happens if you request corrections or cancel during the design stage before paying. Final approval releases the piece to production; it is not a promise of unlimited changes afterwards.
The maker’s estimate of approximately 7–10 working days refers to production, not guaranteed arrival in the UAE. Ask what starts that clock, what time is needed for design approval and how transport affects the date. The scan-based service has a separate schedule and payment arrangement to confirm.
What if I have a fixed budget?
Share it when you enquire and mention the detail that matters most. That could be including both people, using a particular outfit or choosing a size that works on a desk.
Ask whether a suitable option is available within that budget. There is no need to settle every design detail before starting the conversation.
Ask for a quote you can make a decision on
Copy this into your message:
I’d like a custom figurine for an upcoming occasion. It should include this many people: ___. I need to receive it by ___. Delivery would be to ___. I have photos / can arrange a scan / need help choosing. Please explain the available options, full price and expected timing.
You can begin with a description and share photographs in the conversation when you are ready.
