Choose photos when the person cannot attend

Ask about the appointment location, available sizes, clothing, poses and accessories. A quick capture does not mean the finished figurine is ready straight away: processing, production and delivery still need time.

Compare finished work, not just labels
“Mini me,” “miniature of yourself” and “custom figurine” can describe different products. A stylised portrait, a scan-based figure and a moving-head bobblehead are not interchangeable.
Look at face close-ups, whole-body views and the actual dimensions. Ask whether a displayed base or accessory is included. For an important outfit detail, check how it will look at your chosen size.
A scan is a capture method, not a guarantee of a particular finish. A photo-based design can involve digital modelling and physical finishing; it should not automatically be called entirely hand-sculpted.
Check the full order, not just the production estimate
Use the same brief when comparing quotes: subject count, display size, details, delivery emirate and required arrival date. Ask what is included in design or scanning, revisions, packaging and delivery.
